Refund policy

Flowers are a perishable product, different flower varieties have different life spans, and can be more delicate compared to other flower species.

On average, flowers should last anywhere from 3-7 days.

Please follow our flower care policy but should  your flowers perish within 48 hours of their delivery date or if you have any problem with your order please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp and we will be happy to replace or refund  the damages flowers . 

Les Fleurs de Jojo reserves the right to request photographs of the original bunch of flowers to verify this information. The photos must be clear to view the damaged product.

When preparing every bunch, we undertake a quality control check prior to the flowers leaving our premises to ensure the highest quality.

Les fleurs de Jojo requires that any dissatisfaction with the flowers be communicated to our team within 48 hours of the delivery date other wise we reserve the rights to not issue a refund or replacement bunch.

If a redelivery has been approved, this will be done at our earliest convenience – usually within 24-48 hours.

Refunds are processed via their original payment method and can take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
